Solar heat, glare and winter heat loss are different problems. Note the exposure, glass type and your priorities before comparing films.
Compare the technical data
Solar heat rejection, visible light transmission, reflection and emissivity are different specifications. A low-e film can reduce heat loss through the glass. UV filtering alone does not measure solar heat rejection.
Confirm compatibility and terms
The film and application side must suit the glazing. Existing coatings, thermal stress and access are assessed before installation. The quote identifies the product, performance and warranty; energy savings depend on the property and its use.
